Ownership of the website
The website https://www.easydiet.it/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site) is owned by Microring S.r.l., with registered office at Via Tranquillo Cremona 29, 20145 Milan (VAT number:IT03832310969, registration number with Milan Companies Register no.00000) and is aimed at online sales of products and services.

Regulations:
The sale of products and services through electronic means is governed by Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code) governing distance selling to consumers, and Legislative Decree no. 70 of April 9, 2003 regulating e-commerce.
The sales contract between the Customer and Microring S.r.l. will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law.

Of general sales conditions:
By placing an order through the various methods provided on the website, the customer declares to have read all information provided during the purchasing process and fully accept the following terms and conditions of sale and payment.
These general terms and conditions of sale, along with those concerning the delivery and payment methods for goods constitute an integral part of a purchase contract between Microring S.r.l. and its customers. Therefore, Microring S.r.l.
customers to carefully read these terms and conditions, print them or keep a copy for future reference.

Purchasing methods
The customer can purchase the products visible at the address https://www.easydiet.it/, illustrated in the Buy section of the Site within their respective product categories as described in their corresponding information sheets. The products published on the site may be: [missing information]

"Immediate availability" physically in stock and therefore, as such, orderable immediately;
"Available in X days" physically not in stock, but available from our suppliers. The product will be delivered to the customer after it has been obtained from the supplier. The working days dedicated to retrieval are indicated in the response email;
"No availability" therefore not in stock. In this case, it is possible to be informed if the product will become available again by prior notification via email.
At the time of purchase, the Customer has the option to choose the delivery and payment method of their preferred product.
The acceptance of an order by Microring S.r.l. is confirmed by sending a confirmation email to the electronic mail address communicated by the Customer at registration on-site.
Microring S.r.l. reserves its discretion not to accept orders.
The Customer undertakes to verify correctly every data presented within or relating sales reported through e-mail messages and promptly contacting Microring S

The order confirmation email includes the following information:
Order number and date
Product/s, quantity, price
Chosen payment method
Shipping cost
Total order amount. Prices
The sale prices of products listed on the website include VAT and RAEE Eco-contribution.

Competent Court
For the resolution of any civil disputes arising from the interpretation, execution, and termination of this distance selling contract, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively assigned to the court of Milan.

Conditions
These general terms and conditions of sale will remain valid and effective until they are modified and/or integrated by Microring S.r.l..
Any modifications and/or integrations will be effective from the date of their publication on the website https://www.easydiet.it/.
